What extention is the file in the torrent

The torrent should contain 1 x 1.13Gb file : TIS 7x64.rar

Decompress this file, read the instructions, apply .reg files as needed, and move BMW95 folder to C:\BMW95

On Win 10 I see "question marks" instead of text
I guess I am missing a font or something
